Diet or Exercise for weight loss, which is better for losing weight. That’s a big question with a Simple Answer. Weight Loss depends 70% on Diet, 20% on exercises and 10% on Lifestyle changes.

As for weight loss, you need to maintain negative calorie balance, with 1 hour exercise you can only burn 250 calories but with diet you can decrease 500 calories in your diet.

So if you want to lose good weight, you need to give more importance to diet and need to do at least 30 minutes high intensity workout.
