Meal 1
Option 1
2 Slices Bran Bread
2 Whole Eggs
Onion & Tomato
Spices Of your Choice
1 Cup Regular Milk Tea

Meal 1
Option 2
50g overnight oats
Half cup milk
Some water
100g Pealed Apple
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 boiled egg
Calories: 450
Meal 2
100g boiled rice
75 g split chickpeas (daal channa)
½ spoon Haldi powder
1 tea spoon olive oil
Ginger garlic paste
Pink salt to taste
& Spices to taste
Heat up a pan. Add Garlic, Onion and cook them on medium heat for some time. Add spices as per taste. When the Vegetables are almost cooked add the daal channa and 1 cup water. Cook until daal is soft and ready to eat.

120g Chicken Mince
1 whole Egg
10g onion
Spices of choice
100g lettuce leaves or cucumber

Meal 4
100g Chicken breast cooked
1 tsp Olive oil
Half cup mint sauce
1 cucumber
