So, always think brown for whole grains, like brown rice instead of white. And these days you can look on the labels and you’ll see more and more products are being made with whole grain. Popcorn is a whole grain, and people didn’t know that, so eat your popcorn, but just not the movie theater kind, pop up your own. I pop popcorn in a brown paper bag in the microwave and then season it myself, and that’s a phenomenal snack and super heart-healthy. So, I recommend the Mediterranean style of eating because the food tastes great and the lifestyle is phenomenal, and people live a long, healthy life.
