☾ workout deets:
• glute activation exercises + resistance bands: i do a couple rounds til i feel my glutes firing/fired up!
• cable kickbacks: moderate/challenging weight. make that mind-to-muscle connection 😉
• leg press machine: i love to & always do HEAVY weight w/ this
• cable pull-throughs: heavy weight!
• hip thrusts: HEAVY AF.

* i usually do 3-4 sets for each exercise show!
* i also love to use hip abductor machine (didn’t film it)
* & squats! and lunges!!!!!!! (didn’t film)
