For those´╗┐ of you wondering if this works, I have been doing this for the last year and a half. I started off as 5’4 114 pounds, no abs. Now I have well defined abs. Hi, be sure you are not pulling your neck with your hands on the way up. Your hands are just there behind your head to support it. All of the motion for crunches comes from pressing your lower back into the´╗┐ floor in order to raise your upper body.

Hi, yes it is normal if you are not used to working your abs. Let them rest a day or two and then do the workout again. No need to work your abs everyday anyway. It’s always best to have´╗┐ a day in between to rest and repair them. You may be sore the first few times you work them out, but it will go away eventually as your ab muscles become used to their new challenge.

i did these exercise sometime ago and i feel really refreshed thanks for the warming up, but i have a problem with the first on-the-floor exercise, i am able to go down smoothly but i have difficulties getting up, i am using my thighs as support, like while getting´╗┐ up i just grab my thighs is this okay? or should i try getting up as smoothly as u did..
