Yeh true about fruit! Apparently if you eat it directly after a meal
It sits on top and ferments and doesn’t digest well! There are certain food
combinations that are no supposed to go with one another- for purpose of
healthy gut digestion. Another one is fruit with yoghurt is a no no.
