What’s going on guys! In today’s video I’m going to be going over a quick 5 minute HIIT at home workout you can do from anywhere, no equipment is needed! Follow along below & let’s crush this high intensity cardio workout together!

This workout will be 5 movements:

Exercise 1 – Charade Jump Ropes [45 Seconds On, 15 Second Rest]
Exercise 2 – Ab Roll Ups [45 Seconds On, 15 Second Rest]
Exercise 3 – Mountain Climbers [45 Seconds On, 15 Second Rest]
Exercise 4 – Top Hops [22 Seconds On Each Side, 15 Second Rest]
Exercise 5 – Rope Climbing Crunch [45 Seconds On, 15 Second Rest]

Each round is 5 minutes, repeat for as many rounds as you would like to challenge yourself or grab a partner & see who can do the most!
