Workout 18.3 not for the weak of heart. It’s tough from the get go. Blue-Emu and the marketing team celebrate the CrossFit open 18.3 with a raging new workout. 18.3 bring your bucket! It’s getting real. 18.3 has enough double-unders and dumbbell snatches to break the normal gym goer. It doesn’t stop there throw in some bar muscle ups (BMU’s) whew now we are talking.
