Glad this only cost a $.99. I would not call this a book. It basically tells you how many calories you need to sustain your current weight and to reduce that amount to lose weight. Book has only a few pages. I suppose it must have been friends of the author that wrote the other two reviews. Don’t be taken in by this book.

Now that I look back on it the book is common sense. Basically eat when you are hungry but know when enough is enough. If you are over weight simply cut back. This book equates to the knowledge and experience which most people already have, or should have. Good book for only 99 cents.
