Hey guys this channel is my personal blog where, I will share my experiences regarding Bodybuilding & physique transformation.

Monday to Sunday

Morning :-

• 4 eggs whole
• 2 toast
• Fruits

Evening:-

• 200 – 300 grams chicken/fish
• Veg & Fruit Salad
• 2 toast

Pre Workout

• 1 cup of coffee
• 1 Apple

Post Workout

• 6-10 white eggs

Dinner:-

• 200 – 300 grams chicken/fish
• 1/2 cup rice
• Salad

Dinner:-

• 200 – 300 grams fish
• 1/2 cup rice
• Salad
