This is a combined hypnotherapy session. It is intended to help you to lose weight, and to help you to increase your motivation and determination to do so.

Weight loss motivation hypnotherapy

There is a day time, and a night time version, each with 4 different types of background music.

The day time versions have the standard end to the session, where you are brought back to being alert and awake at the end.

The night time versions have an end to the session, where instead of being alert and awake at the end, there are suggestions to help you drift off to sleep. This can be useful if you would like to listen to this session at night before you go to sleep.

There is a version with brainwave entrainment in the background music. Brainwave entrainment is a particular music technology which is designed to help your brainwaves enter a more relaxed, peaceful, and meditative state of mind.

Also, there are two other hypnotherapy sessions in this weight loss starter pack. They focus on different aspects of losing weight. The full versions of all 3 sessions in the weight loss starter pack, together with all the different versions, are available for free at:

This is a combined weight loss and motivation hypnotherapy session.

To be successful in losing weight, or to change any habit, you need a consistent level of motivation and determination to do so. Setbacks and unplanned stresses are a part of life. It is at these times the old unwanted habits around food can return. Motivation and determination can help you through this, or to get back on your feet after a setback. With a high level of motivation and determination on your side, you can stay on the path you want to be on. It helps you to achieve what you want to achieve, and to reach your weight loss goals.

How to use this session:

Ideally aim to listen to this session every day for at least 7 days, and then whenever you wish depending on your personal circumstances.

Even if you drift off to sleep whilst listening to this session, or drift in and out of sleep whilst listening to this session, your mind will still absorb some of the positive weight loss suggestions while you sleep.

All 3 hypnotherapy sessions in this weight loss start pack are intended to help you to lose weight. It is a start on your path of changing your relationship you have with food. It can help you to start to adopt healthy eating habits that you would like to have.

Paul, I started my journey with you on my birthday April 28th, 2014. I was
at the end of the line, I just kept gaining weight. After I listened to
your session the very next morning I was up on my treadmill for 15 minutes
and I started eating healthy and clean. I did not know what clean was at
the time but I knew what wasn’t , we all do ! I listened to you morning and
at night and the results were so profound I was afraid to stop. After
about a month I gave up the night time and just listened to it to start my
day. During this time I also did a bit of home work on You Tube finding
out how to eat right and healthy. My husband bought the app My Net Diary
and I started charting what I was eating. After a while I have no need to
chart or count calories . I have lost 50 pounds and have reached my target
weight , but I would like to lose maybe 10 more pounds. I feel better , I
look better, small problem none of my cloths fit. So I want you to know
that I have paid it forward to every one that has ask me how I did it. I
have shared your site with them and also my Doctor ! I also paid it
forward as I donated every piece of clothing I had to a women’s shelter and
I hope it helps someone. Now I need a whole new wardrobe ! A piece at a
time. I can never thank you enough for what you have given me , and it was
free, you are my hero ! PS I fine your voice so relaxing and calming ,
you have changed my life. I wish every person struggling with their weight
could find you.

+Elly H. I hope these sessions help in some way. There is always hope.
Weight issues are sometimes tied to low self-self and low mood, and it can
be a challenge to get out of that downward cycle, but it is possible. Keep
going. Keep trying. Perhaps focus on building your self-esteem and reducing
negative emotions by whatever works best for you eg
hypnosis/meditation/exercise/dancing/music/activity/hobby etc. I hope
things get better for you. Good luck :)
