PILATES RING WORKOUT:
2 Rounds- Repeat the second round using the opposite side

1) Reverse Lunge
2) Oblique Wood Chop In Lunge
3) Single Leg Deadlift
4) Standing Shoulder Press
5) Lunging Elbow to Knee

Repeat another time through, or increase your reps for more intensity!
