What’s going on guys! In todays’ video I’m gonna go over a full body bodyweight workout that you can do from anywhere, and requires NO equipment!

If you’re looking for a workout to do from home, or a workout when you’re traveling at a hotel – this is a great one you can try out!

The workout consists of 5 exercises and you can perform as many rounds as you wish. Challenge a free to see who can do more!

1️⃣ Divebomber Pushups – 5 reps
2️⃣ Alternating Jump Lunges – 10 reps each leg
3️⃣ Spiderman Pushups – 5 reps each side
4️⃣ Crab Kicks – 5 reps each side
5️⃣ Pulse Squats – 30 seconds

🚀 Rest 30 Seconds after performing all 5 exercises, then repeat as many times as you can do. Challenge yourself each time or a friend to see who can do more rounds!
