There was some useful information once you filter out all the wrong information. I was a little disappointed that a get fit book would mention that muscule weighs more then fat. We all know that a pound is a pound no matter what it is. The useful information was very basic. I think it would helpful for some just starting on the road to fitness.

Really not much new here…most of these general ideas, tips and tricks can be found throughout the pages of health and fitness magazines. I guess this book would be helpful to beginners as it discusses a variety of exercise related material in a digest format which is easy follow. It has its place and audience but I found it too basic for my liking.
