im also 13.. im 90-95 pounds.. Im a competitive gymnast and have been for about 7 years.. anyways i have a flat stomach but sadly i dont have abs. i do about 3 hours of gymnastics a day.. and probly half an hour focusing on gainning muscle. but for the whole body.. not just abs, so i would say do this 4-5 times a day.. and maybe on the second week do them for alonger amount of time. Im also gonna try this workout.. and hope 2 get abs 🙂 LOL xx -Hannah.
