yes it is´╗┐ a dairy but in this case it counts as a protein since in this diet change youre not supposed to eat two proteins per meal time.

This is not healthy for a runner. I’m a runner. I have nothing against the girl who made this but this diet is not good! especially the salt thing. Like yeah she’s right about eating 3 meals a day and stuff but its not healthy. Only eating rice for a day? NO! It will make you skinny sure, but it will not be good for running. Trust me.´╗┐
