Jillian is so far the best trainer! I did 30 day shred through summer i got
rid of muffin top lost weight and toned up. She really does her work and
she is not annoying as some loud shouting trainers with annoying talking. I
started ripped in 30 now but sometimes i put in some other workout such as
this great cardio or 6week 6pack and i built up six pack tbh its not that
awesome looking yet but its there. Thank you Jillian

Wow. I’m heavy breathing, my heart is thumping. Guess this is a sign that
it’s working.
-Sweat is just your body crying cause it doesn’t want you to work out.

Hi I love working out with Jillian but my problem is even though I do the
warm up and the stretches after I still can barely walk the next day and
its every day too it gets worse everyday. I’ve been doing it for a week and
don’t want to stop due to pain is there anything else I can do to help ease
the pain so I can keep doing this as I love it ☺ xx

is this really cardio? after 10 mins workout my heartrate was really slow
and I didnt feel exausted at all…its kinda slow, boring

This was so difficult. I had to take 6-7 breaks, which was disheartening…
But I’m determined to one day go all the way through without stopping! I’m
going to try again tomorrow and try to take one less break each time.

Well. I have learned that doing the same work out over And over. Is not
good your body get Yeah to the moves. It’s good to mix up your work outs
And you get a lot better results. That way. I will do this work out three
times a week And do a diffrent work out the other two days

I have done every workout under the moon and this one by far is my all time
favourite. I do this one in particular 3 times a week then in between while
my muscles are rebuilding the other 2-3 days doing another one of her 55
min workout with no free weights and I throw in her 35 min ab one too. I’ve
been on it for 16 days and I’m so impressed. I get stronger each workout,
so I push myself each workout and feel the fat melting off. I clearly
incorporate eating far better and I stop snacking at night where I use to
gain most of my calories. My trick is to prepare a snack container. I fill
it with celery mainly then a small apple and raspberries or another veggie
like red pepper and a tsp of natural peanut butter no sugar added. So if I
feel like I NEED to snack after my dinner I grab my container. Remember if
your muscles are sore you need to let them rest! altranate this workout
with another one. Drink water and herbal tea cut out the juice and pop and
prepare your meals. I find it’s the only way I eat enough throughout the
day and the right things! Keep going!!!

Oh baby, I’m feeling the fat banishing and sitting in sweat. I say things
like oh god, oh god, oh god! While I exercise, but I stick to it twice a
day just started two days ago love it thanks jillian. I went from 266lbs to
180lbs and 5’6 so I have like 50lbs to lose and i needed a new routine but
I feel like this will help.:)

I am so in love with this workout video. I feel like I really worked out.
Its hard but its great a total body workout. I must say I still can’t make
it to the end of the video I had to split it in 2 segments. But im getting
better now.
I stumbled across this video last week and I told myself I am going to do
this straight for 30 days. I have been trying to loose 30 lbs, through diet
and exercise at the gym. Adding this to my workout routine is a plus
already. Wish me luck guys! And I wish you all much success as well.

I’ve been doing this workout since August now. Along with maintaining a
healthy diet…I’ve lost 18 pounds. 2 more pounds to go. It really does

Can anyone of you suggest me good weight loss program for my wife? She has
big problem with obesity. She tried a lot of different methods and
trainings but no one really worked in her case (last time she lost about 18
pounds in 3 weeks and now she is gaining pounds again). If anyone knows any
good, proven weight loss program for women, please reply! Thanks in advance
