Long Island Trainer Creates Fitness Program to Help Women Lose Weight in Time for the Summer

The Fit Fem has created a fitness and weight loss program, “Going to Miami,” that will help get women in shape just in time for the bikini season.

Statistics have shown that an estimated 50 million Americans go on a diet each year and about five percent manage to keep the weight off. During the winter months, the average person can gain about 15 pounds. “Going to Miami” is not a diet, but a way of life that can help combat excessive weight gain in women.

The weight loss and fitness program will help women lose weight, boost their metabolism, burn fat, increase energy and transform their bodies. The program will also teach women how to make proper food choices and incorporate daily exercise into their lives so they can keep the weight off forever.

The fitness and weight loss program consists of: an eating plan (food combinations and nutritional guidelines), a five-day sample meal plan, a one-month workout calendar and an order of exercises to do along with visual descriptions. It also includes newsletters, a Facebook group page dedicated to the program and answers to all questions.
