Skipping Breakfast Not Large Factor In Losing Weight

New studies are using randomized clinical trial to test the importance of having breakfast in the morning. According to Mother Nature Network, a study in Australia had participants skip or eat breakfast. Through this study they concluded that there is not a drastic difference in either one. Therefore, if you want to lose weight, eating or skipping breakfast does not make a big difference. Yet studies do show that skipping breakfast may not be great for your overall health.
