In a long time, I have come across a handy book that gives me the simplest and easiest choices to lose weight. How hard it is to have positive affirmations – didn’t we already know that being positive always has its results? Yes, it’s that simple and its one of the 33 ways to lose weight.

Having that consistent good sleep, eating meals on time, having strong will power; these were some of the things that I believed in anyways, but didn’t know that these can also be one of the main reasons how I can actually lose weight as well; they are anyways part of my usual day to day routine.
